Stránský, Pavel. As Messengers for the Victims: From Theresienstadt to Theresienstadt, with a stop in Auschwitz-Birkenau and Schwarzheide. 2000.
The author, a Czech Jew, wrote of his survival from the ghetto of Theresienstadt, to being a children’s coordinator in Auschwitz. Later he had to endure a death march back to Theresienstadt. He married his wife in the ghetto and was reunited with her after the war.
